Are you hormonal?   You bet!

Our ENDOCRINE SYSTEM is made of many glands that produce hormones.  These hormones carry information from one set of cells to another and affect almost every function, every cell and every organ in your body.   Too many hormones or too few hormones can harm your body and cause big problems.

The endocrine glands throughout your body control how fast you grow, how you digest your food, how you sleep, what mood you are experiencing and even how your various tissues function.

Curious to learn more?!   Join us for this informational, educational, hands-on experience of exploring the Endocrine System.

This journey begins at three different times on October 16:

9am  —  Noon  —  3pm

Content is geared toward elementary-aged students through middle-school aged students.   Parents are welcomed and encouraged to Journey with their children.  Each Journey will be approximately 2 hours long and will include 5-6 different stopping points – so plan to be on time and stay for the full Journey!
