Take a Break From the Weeknight Grind to Recharge Your Batteries

Bra fittings, Yoga and Chair Massage for the Win!

With fall routines beginning, it’s back to the grind of making lunches, monitoring homework, and toting kids to and from extracurriculars. It’s easy to lose ourselves in the daily hustle – and it’s even easier to lose touch with our gal pals.

The Academy for Sports and Wellness at The Center for Physical Rehabilitation has the perfect excuse for you to text your girlfriends, your mom, and even your grandma for a fun night out!

Sign Me Up for Tuesday, October 8!

Center for Physical Rehab is bringing together the community for an evening of fitness and fun.

Shop, Sip & Sweat: Ladies Night Out is happening Tuesday, October 8, 2019 from 6:30 – 8:00 PM at The Academy for Sports and Wellness (5060 Cascade Rd SE, Grand Rapids).

RSVP on the Facebook Event to save your spot.

Think: A Mini Wellness Retreat With Your Best Girlfriends – for FREE!

Stop by to try a few sample fitness classes –including a shortened yoga class from neighboring Cascade Yoga Studio. You will also find light refreshments and local vendors there for you to do a little snacking and shopping if you aren’t busy sweating.

Among the local vendors, Gazelle Sports will have a pop-up shop there with all your sports bra fitting needs. I will attest that the right sports bra can make or break your workout. This is a stop you won’t want to skip!

The cherry on top of the perfect girls night? A quick chair massage from Advanced Therapeutic Massage . You’ll return home relaxed and ready to take on whatever comes your way!

Donations From the Event are Going to a NonProfit That Helps Cancer Patients

While there is no charge to attend , any donations made will go to Beautiful You, a local nonprofit that provides complimentary salon and beauty services to cancer patients.

October happens to be Breast Cancer Awareness month. Coming together as a community of women and supporting an area charity that uplifts women battling cancer seems like a no-brainer!

Rally your favorite ladies and feel good about a night out.
