I love sweets.
I stood there pondering my choices – they all looked so good! I finally settled on a classic – chocolate chip cookies. They came in a pack of two, which worked out well because I intended to share with my kids. I can’t say the split was fair, though. It was the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had.[clear]
Sugar Momma’s is owned by Haley, a Forest Hills Central grad and certified pastry chef. After high school, Haley went to GRCC’s culinary arts program and earned her Baking and Pastry Arts certificate. Her resume boasts experience at Egypt Valley Country Club, Alpen Rose, and Nantucket Bakery. After years of hard work, Haley saved up enough money to open up her own bakery, and Sugar Momma’s Bakery & Cafe was born.[clear]
