Bring the Family to Hudsonville for a Day Packed with Fall Fun
October 13, 2018 | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Fall is getting a warm welcome from the Hudsonville community with their annual free, family festival!
Urban Hayday is the perfect way for you and your family to get excited about a new season!
Downtown Hudsonville will be packed with everything you need to get in the fall spirit! Orchard activities, live music, and hayrides through downtown are just a few of the free activities offered during the Urban Hayday festivities.
There’s So Much To Do That Urban Hayday Needs Two Locations!
There will be vendor booths set up to shop for some local goodies in the Gemmens Home and Hardware Parking lot. There will also be pumpkin carving offered there for $1 as well as farm animals and pony rides.
If you wander over to Terra Square you’ll find live music for your little dancers. Terra Square is also where you’ll find the eating contests and food trucks.
Speaking of food: come hungry! Hudsonville’s Urban Hayday will offer delicious treats for everybody. Vitale’s classic pizza, a hot dog cart, Patty Matters unique burgers, and Ms.K’s Kitchen will all be around offering whatever you might be craving.
Of course, you’ll also be able to find donuts and cider–because it’s fall, y’all!
Tractors to Laser Tag–There is Something for Everyone
As a parent to a 5 year old boy, I’m continually reminded that there is nothing more fascinating than a tractor in real life. Urban Hayday’s tractor show is 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, featuring a kids’ tractor pull at noon. This is an event you won’t want to miss!
Tractors not your thing? How about a mechanical bull, haybale tower, laser tag (for $3 per game), yard games, or bounce house? A festive, fall pumpkin drop will all be available throughout the day as well!
