Don’t Miss GRPM’s Exhibit Whales: Giants of The Deep

Visiting Grand Rapids Public Museum is always an incredibly fun and educational adventure. GRPM consistently puts forth awe-inspiring exhibits and their “Whales: Giant of the Deep” exhibit is no exception.

Interactive, immersive, and featuring the latest in international cetacean research, Whales: Giants of the Deep is an experience that brings adults and children eye to eye with some of the world’s most elusive creatures,” says GRPM.

Whales: Giants of The Deep will be delight the whole family!

Your Kids Will Have a Whale of a Time!

Have you ever wondered how BIG a whale’s heart is? Take your kids to GRPM’s whale exhibit for a chance to see a life-size replica of a blue whale heart, the earth’s largest living creature. Your children will have fun crawling through the massive blue whale heart replica.

Aren’t interactive museum exhibits the best? It’s hard to take children to museums if they aren’t allowed to touch anything, but there is no need to worry about that at GRPM!

Not only will your children have a BLAST visiting Whales: Giants of The Deep, but they will also learn all about whale biology (you’ll view a 58-foot long sperm whale skeleton!) and you’ll learn about the whaling culture of New Zealand’s Maori culture.
