It Isn’t Really Summer Until You’ve Been to the Fair

It’s that time of the year again when huge family fun happens at the Kent County Youth Fair.

Few things make for great family memories than spending a day (or more!) at this fair. There is so much to do here – carnival rides, animals, free concerts, and lots of fun food – just to name a few, that you can easily enjoy each day of this exciting fair.

I will be packing up my kids for our yearly traditional day of trying new and old favorite rides, walking through the animal barns (our favorites are the horses and rabbits) and picking out a special treat to enjoy.

My kids love it and start looking forward to it as soon as the summer hits.

Thanks to our sponsor, Kent County Youth Fair.

Plus, check out the dozens of exciting carnival rides to try for the first or 10th time – This fair is sure to be a highlight of your summer.

Kent County Kids Shine at the Youth Fair

Another great thing about this fair is that it is geared toward youth, with the goal of building confidence and having fun. Kids raise and show their own animals, perform on stage, and help serve fairgoers throughout the week.

“The Kent County Youth Fair is all about kids and families. There is so much to do, you will never want to leave ,” said Bruce Doll, KCYF vice president and sponsorship/entertainment coordinator.
