Camp Nissokone is a premier overnight camping destination for kids ages 5-18 located in northern Michigan where the sparkling waters of the majestic AuSable River meet the sandy shores of Lake Huron, Michigan.
With over 100 years of experience, the YMCA camp focuses on developing self-confidence through teaching values such as caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Campers stay in single-gender cabins with camp counselors and have access to a variety of activities including archery, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, climbing, theater, yoga, outdoor cooking, arts & crafts, sports & games, fencing, paintball, wakeboarding and horseback riding.
There are also cabin challenge activities and specialty camps such as Ranch camp, wakeboarding camp and wilderness immersion camp.3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th
