This year’s programs are inspired by Bees: An Exhibition at Calvin’s Center Art Gallery. “Bee inspired” to learn more about bees and pollination, create your own works of art, and discover ways you can help bees through our fun hands-on learning activities this spring break.
Be a Bee as we learn more about bees in this interactive program. Discover the amazing variety of bees that live in our world, dance like a bee, and learn about their daily activities. Would you want to be a bee? We will take a short walk to look for bees in the preserve.
This program is great for families with children ages 3-12 years old. No registration is needed.
Spring Break programs at the preserve are led by environmental educators. An adult is required to accompany all children at all programs. Programs begin in the Bunker Interpretive Center; go to our website for directions and parking information. Programs will take place in light rain, so please dress for the weather and walking the trails.
