Hibernate, migrate or stay active, what’s your preferred strategy to cope with the upcoming winter season? It’s that time of year when animals set into their winter survival strategies. Blandford Nature Center animals will captivate your young ones as they discover how animals adapt to prepare for winter. Invite your friends to this fun and free event.

Park in front of the school and enter through the main doors. We’ll meet in the library with Blandford Nature Center’s Ms. Sarah and Janet Staal, our Director of Nature-based/ Outdoor Education.

BUDS events are geared for our friends ages 0-5 and their parents & caregivers. The events are free and open to all.
