A lively, age-appropriate class that purposefully integrates yoga and mindfulness in an energetic and experiential way. This special class also blends cooperative games, breath-work and relaxation~ nurturing families and creating a safe space for connection and play. Laughter and love fill each class and are sure to inspire and nurture your entire family! The class curriculum is designed for kiddos ages 4 – 10 but please don’t let age turn your family away from attending. If you have younger or older children and feel that your family would benefit from the experience, please join us! We love having babies and tweens in class too!

Location:  Lions and Rabbits 1264 Plainfield Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI.
We’re so excited to be collaborating with Lions and Rabbits & to have access to their beautiful, open & inspiring space for this class!

Cost & Registration: $20. Registration is required and necessary to secure your family’s space.
Note: Please bring your own yoga mats or towels to help us create our yoga circle.
