Roller skating involves almost all of the body’s muscles, especially the heart. Roller skating is recognized by the American Heart Association as an aerobic fitness sport. Roller skating is a great sport for kids to participate in because of the fun atmosphere. Most kids don’t even realize they are burning up to 600 calories in any hour of roller skating! It also helps gain balance.

Come skate a few laps with us!

Parents and children under 32” are the only “free” spectators. All others will be charged admission whether skating or watching.
