Looking for a fun educational family event?

Grand Circus Grand Rapids and Loop Coding Center proudly present our Inaugural Daughters, Mothers and Friends Coding Class !

At Grand Circus, we believe anyone can become a developer. By the year 2020, there will be over one million open computer-programming jobs. Here at Grand Circus, we are aiming to help fill those positions, one coder at a time, no matter what your age.

Who should attend?

This FREE event is designed for young girls, their mothers and friends (grandparents, aunts, cousins, neighbors) who are curious about coding, but who have very little or no coding experience.  This event will feature two free workshops. Pick which one is right for you:

  • adults and high school girls
  • adults and middle school girls

Bring your coding and career questions and let’s spend a day enjoying some programming challenges together. Come with a charged laptop, charger and ready to learn! Please register for only one coding session. Loaner laptops are available, too.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
