Valent-ICE, one of the largest ice festivals in Michigan, is a part of the World of Winter festival celebrating why we choose to live in Michigan- because the ice and snow can be pretty spectacular.

This annual ice-themed event series spans Feb. 14-17th and showcases ice sculptures, walking and running tours, live ice carvings, ice-skating and more!

Feb. 14: Relax at Rosa on ICE- Food trucks, free ice skating, live music, and ice games at Rosa Parks Circle from 12-1:30pm. Love on ICE- Food trucks, ice skating, free professional photos with the Ice Gurus interactive ice installation at Rosa Parks Circle from 8-10pm.

Feb. 15: Valent-ICE- Sculptures go out throughout the downtown by noon and walking and running tours begin for the weekend. Disco on ICE- The first ever disco on ice event happening at 555 Monroe Ave. NW from 7-10pm on the Monroe North ice rink with food trucks and more.

Feb. 16: Paint the Park- Community ice painting party where you can paint the ice rink at Rosa Parks Circle with food trucks from 12-6pm with ice skating following.

Feb. 17: Human Hungry Hungry Hippo Tournament- Annual tournament at Rosa Parks Circle from 12-8pm
