The Academy for Sports and Wellness is offering small group training to enhance long term athletic development for youth athletes.  This program will help athletes build confidence as they learn the principals to proper weight lifting and the importance of strength training, in conjunction with overall fitness conditioning.


• Proper technique and age appropriate strength training
• Injury Prevention
• A core foundation for future weight lifting
• Increase Stability
• Muscular Strength
• Core Stability
• Flexibility

This program will be taught by a certified professional who
will address all major functional muscle groups, in a safe and
structured manner.


Dates: June 17th- August 1st (Off the week of July 4th)

Days & Times: Mon/Wed 1pm-2pm, Tues/Thur 11am-12pm

Cost: $120/12 Sessions $12 Per Drop-In
