Q&A with Pine Ridge Bible Camp
What makes your camp stand out from the rest?
Pine Ridge Bible Camp stands out because of its intentional focus on God’s Word in a rustic, distraction-free camp setting.
Campers don’t just hear Bible lessons, they are encouraged to memorize Scripture, hide it in their hearts, and learn how to turn to God’s Word in their everyday lives at home.
Surrounded by God’s creation, campers experience meaningful teaching, worship, and discussion that helps faith become personal and lasting.

Anything new or exciting this year?
This summer brings several exciting opportunities designed to help campers dive deeper into what they love.
Our Oasis campers (2nd–6th grade) will choose a Pathway for their week, allowing them to spend intentional time each day in an area they enjoy such as sports, crafts, outdoor skills, or animal care.
For our Ridge campers (7th-12th grades), optional add-on experiences allow campers to expand their week even further. Options include aviation (a returning highlight we’re excited to bring back), battle games, fishing, and watersports.
We’re also excited to bring back Adventure Camp for Jr. High, featuring classic Pine Ridge fun combined with an off-site river adventure and overnight tent camping.
For late Jr. High and Sr. High campers seeking an even greater challenge, Wilderness Camp offers a multi-day river trip focused on outdoor skills, faith, and unplugging from modern comforts.
These options create unforgettable experiences for campers ready to take their week to the next level.

What’s the biggest “wow” moment for campers each summer?
Pine Ridge is packed with a week of adventure: soaring on the zipline, testing courage on the rock wall, working together to tackle the challenge trail, and diving into fast-paced laser tag battles.
When we ask campers what activity they look forward to most, it’s a resounding. “Tubing!” Pulled behind a boat at thrilling speeds, campers bounce over waves, feel the spray on their faces, and laugh with friends as they race across the lake.
Each ride is carefully supervised so campers can enjoy the high-energy excitement with confidence. For many, tubing becomes the highlight of their week, a memory of speed, fun, and friendship that sticks long after camp ends.

What do you wish more parents knew before camp starts?
Camp is active - very active!
Days at Pine Ridge are full of movement, games, outdoor adventures, and high-energy activities from morning to evening.
We encourage parents to prepare their campers for being on the go, getting plenty of rest beforehand, and packing comfortable clothing and shoes for lots of activity.
While there are intentional moments for rest, worship, and reflection, camp is designed to keep kids engaged, moving, and fully immersed in the experience.
