Grand Rapids Gymnastics (GRG)
GR Gymnastics teaches the correct principles of gymnastics at every level, with the goal of helping each participant reach their full athletic potential.
We focus on developing well-rounded student athletes by building strength, flexibility, and coordination, while also giving our preschoolers valuable gross motor experiences through age-appropriate movement.
Whether a child continues on to competitive gymnastics or pursues another sport entirely, the training they receive at GRG lays a strong foundation for success in any athletic pursuit.
Our Coaches are CPR, AED and First Aid certified.
Programs for girls and boys include:
- GRG Babies (up to 24mo) Free Play Time
- Parent Tot (18mo-3yrs. Co-ed)
- Preschool (3-6yrs Co-ed)
- BubbleBee Camp (3-5yrs co-ed mobility based learning program-3hr AM)
- Recreational for girls and boys/Tumbling (1st grade and up)
- Ninja Monkeys (3-6yrs. Co-ed)
- Competitive and Recreational Teams
We also offer open gym, field trips, parents night out, birthday parties, summer camps, and more.
