About Aman Park
Address: 0-1859 Lake Michigan Dr NW Grand Rapids, MI 49534
Beautiful sights and a fun hike await you at Aman Park. This park has several densely-wooded trail loops, a winding creek throughout, fun stick shelters along the way and tons of wildflowers in the spring.
Trail Difficulty: Moderate
Hiking Trail Details
Aman Park offers several different trail loops allowing you to customize the distance to your needs (the main loop is about 1.5 miles). The trails at Aman Park are densely wooded, so bug spray is strongly recommended.
The walking trails are mostly sandy, well-maintained, and have a few decent hills throughout. There is a map at the trailhead, but there are not any maps throughout the trail.
If you want to find the wildflowers in the spring, choose the red trail.
Something Unique About This Destination
During the spring, local wildflowers flourish in this wet woodland habitat. Mid-May is the best time to catch these breath-taking sights.
Also, there are a couple of stick shelters along the pathway to hide out in, which is so much fun for kids.
