Advertising Details:
The West Michigan Childcare Guide will publish in late February 2024 and will be live for approximately an 11-month period.
This guide will be promoted via email Nightly News eNewsletter (over 13k subscribers) and Facebook page (over 71K followers) and other social media sites throughout the season.
Childcare providers must be licensed to appear in this guide.
Please note: per our policy, we will happily make one update per year to your guide listing upon request. Further updates will require an additional fee.

Guide Policies
- Long-term business partners (sponsors with a 12-month contract or equivalent) have the opportunity to book guides before they go on sale to the general public.
- Long-term partners get the first option to renew their title sponsorship listings, provided they maintain their long-term partner status.
- Title sponsorship availability is updated online periodically. Check with your salesperson for the most up-to-date title sponsor available.
Multiple Location Discount
If your childcare has more than one location and you would like to include each as a separate listing, you may purchase additional listings at a reduced rate.
*All listings must be the same sponsorship level.
- 1st Listing: Regular price
- 2nd Listing: 30% discount
- 3 or more Listings: 1st Listing at regular price- additional listings 50% off

- There is an $85 design fee that applies to the design/creation of a new ad or revision of an existing ad.
- Design fee is nonrefundable
Camera-ready artwork is acceptable if provided as a high-resolution PDF.
