This park offers short jaunts through the woods, connecting different areas of the park on natural surfaced trails.

The longest walking trail is about 1/2 mile long, running between the beach parking lot and the spring house near the boat ramp.

Four separate playgrounds within the park, though one is for campground users only. All play structures have climbing areas and slides over mulch.

Restrooms available May - October. Two picnic areas, including open shelter and enclosed shelter. Campgrounds also onsite with 90 sites and cabins for rent May - October.
