Fallasburg Park and Playground

Spanning over 250 acres (including parts of the North Country Trail), this is a popular place for kids and families to hike, explore an historic covered bridge, play on the playground, or take fall family photos.
Toddlers would best enjoy the smaller play structure near the covered bridge, though the main playground is great for all ages.
The hike from the main enclosed shelter to the covered bridge and then back up past the creek is a relatively easy (though longish) walk, but you’ll want a baby carrier for smaller kids.
TIP: While Covered Bridge road does take you back in time in a way, remember that you’re still walking on a paved road that cars occasionally travel on – be extra watchful of small children.

A section of the North Country Trail passes through Fallasburg Park.
According to the Kent County Parks website, this might be the place for you if you’re looking for a combination of both “field and forested play.”
This is also a great course if you’re up for a challenge - it has a reputation as one of the hardest disc golf courses in the area.
18 holes.
