Join us this summer for an unforgettable experience at Calvin University's Summer Camps where learning meets adventure, and friendships are formed in a welcoming and supportive community.

Your child is invited to learn about amazing animals, develop artistic talents, unravel the wonders of the world of chemistry, or score goals on the field.

Calvin University's Summer Camps provide a faith-based environment for kids to learn and grow.

Choose Nature, Music, Chemistry or Sports Camp

NATURE CAMPS:

Your child will spend time immersed in the outdoors at the beautiful Ecosystem Preserve and Native Gardens.

Day camps are offered for students ages 6-14.

Each session combines outdoor exploration, creative activities, and interactive games.

Weekly themes to choose from include Nature of God, Amazing Animals, Plant Power, Earth Heroes, and Wellness in the Woods.

Campers develop a greater appreciation, understanding, and respect for God’s amazing creation.

9 AM – 4 PM, Tuesday through Thursday

MUSIC CAMPS:

For over 50 years, Knollcrest Music Camp (KMC) has been a beacon for young musicians eager to refine their talents and forge lasting connections within a vibrant musical community.

Led by Calvin faculty and esteemed music educators, KMC offers personalized artistic development through primary ensembles such as choir, concert band, and string orchestra.

Additionally, students can choose to participate in secondary ensembles like jazz band or music theatre, where they explore different facets of musical expression in a supportive and inclusive environment.

CHEMISTRY CAMPS:

Dive into the world of chemistry!

Hands-on experiments and explosive demonstrations bring abstract concepts to life in exciting ways.

Led by university professors and experienced high school chemistry teachers, these camps offer students entering grades 6-8 the chance to tackle topics like acids and bases.

They explore polymer science, chemical reactions, and separations through interactive experiments and collaborative learning experiences.


SPORTS CAMPS:

At Calvin Sports Camps, kids from 5 to 18 years old learn new skills, teamwork, and have fun playing different sports.

We offer basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, swimming, baseball, softball, lacrosse, rock climbing, and more.

Our coaches focus on helping each camper improve while working together as a team.

You'll learn important skills and game strategies while having fun competing and facing new challenges.

Some sports offer prospect and ID camps for high school athletes.
