Finding Gyms with Childcare Keeps Getting Easier
Joining a gym is all fun and games until you have kids and need childcare! How’s a parent supposed to get in the cardio with a toddler running in circles around you? (No, that jumping and spinning kid can’t get your cardio on your behalf…)
We’ve gathered up a list of local fitness centers with childcare, so you can more easily keep the fitness habit in your life!

Don’t Sweat Childcare
With so many different options for childcare at gyms and studios around GR, you can get your workout in (and some valuable “me” time) without sweating over who’s going to watch your kids.

I highly recommend Fit 4 Mom. The cost is so much more affordable than MVP or the Y and it’s incredibly well run.

FIT4MOM Holland is a great choice on the lakeshore! Holland.fit4mom.com
If it weren’t for childcare at MVP I prob wouldn’t work out. I have tried following exercise videos at home while my kids nap but I always find myself distracted thinking about all the things I need to do around the house. At MVP my kids play and interact w “friends” and “teachers” while I get a workout in. We go home and they take amazing naps and I can get the laundry/dishes/cleaning/meal prep done!
Walker ice and fitness is a great place with childcare.
