The house at 4970 Biddeford Drive in Comstock Park is living a real-life fairytale right now.
This year, her empire has spilled over from the front yard to the back, making way for four new scenes and an expansion of the four existing ones.

There are spectacular displays east of Grand Rapids as well – but they’re quite spread out. This route will take you to a cool Halloween Lights show in Alto (stay at least 10 minutes!).
McCabe Haunt in north Ada is a walkable experience that includes fog-filled bubbles and tons of animatronics.
A bonus flashlight corn maze is plotted on this map. Heidi’s Farmstand is open after dark – they offer maze entrance til 9 pm on Friday & Saturday evenings in October – and they are a great place to stop if you want donuts and cider, too. (Heidi’s is closed Sundays.) Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for kids. Buy online.
Downtown Lowell? 313 Washington missed our map (our bad!) but is a worthy stop. The lit jack-o-lantern graveyard is set to music for an extra holiday experience.

Halloween Heaven is an outdoor haunted trail (front yard, woods trail, back yard, and an extra spooky garage haunted house). Aaron has around 50-60 animatronics that he has been collecting since 2015 that are displayed by theme along the trail.
Kids and adults of all ages are welcome to walk through as many times as they like. Please do not touch the props. Flashlights and/or glowsticks recommended.
This event is free with donation box. (This year's donations will go towards a college fund.) We can't wait to see you there!

A creepy cemetery, skeleton horses, lights and smoke... this display changes every year. **Park on Conservation Street or pull over to the grass. Please do not stop in the middle of the street on McCabe. ** (There is a wide sidewalk along the display, but be mindful of young children, as this display is on a county road without street lights and drivers cannot see you.)
Most lights will remain on throughout the night. Fog and fog filled bubbles running from 5:30 - 9 PM on nights it’s not raining. Most animatronics have "try me" or "push buttons" in front of them to activate.
There's a a large video of "the Ada witch," which might scare younger kids. It's the display with the giant tarantula perched atop. There's also a freaky animated angel in a red box that might startle younger kids. (Or also adults, like our GRKIDS team member who visited recently.)

The Grim Reaper rides his monstrous steed as the 12 ft skeleton boss watches over the creepy theme. Plus a giant werewolf, spooks in the trees and little touches everywhere.
Pull around the corner onto Highgate & Stratford so you can really take your time at this display. Bonus: there are several other decorated houses in the neighborhood. Our fav is at 717 Cricklewood St. SW.

Any chance you can post this under McCabe house. There have been a few “close-calls”. if you stop at the McCabe house- you can park on Conservation or pull over to the grass. Please do not stop quick in the street on McCabe.

Hi- McCabe has decorations that move. Just a warning if little ones tend to get frightened. Please, please do not stop or drive very slow by. Please pull over as many tend to drive extremely fast on McCabe.
There’s another house in Jenison, on Redwood dr that decorates every year. This year’s theme is, “Monsters Ball”.

Just wanted to confirm that Thornapple DR and Laraway Lake in Ada (Oliver Woods neighborhood) is decked out to the hilt! Much like Christmastime, the first house at the entrance goes ALL out; and many other houses throughout the neighborhood join in on a smaller scale.

Please add a house that on Melita Ave off of Knapp St. I don’t know the specific address, but each year the home owner goes above and beyond with decor and actually dressing up to greet trick-or-treaters with a BOO!
Yes! I’ve seen this house and it’s honestly one of the best houses because the owner goes above-and-beyond in dressing up too!

Just found a super decked out house in Princeton Estates (Kentwood) this evening. It’s on Effingham.
