Discover the joys of camping together and leave the planning to Camp Newaygo! Sing, canoe, fish, hike, create, and recharge on these special weekends. Spend the night in dorms, cabins, or hotel-style accommodations; and all meals are provided. All you have to do is pack the car.
Two-day Mom & Me weekends in June (6/1-2 and 6/8-9) are for young children and their moms, grandmothers, aunts or other special female adults. Family Weekend in August (8/10-11) is a chance for everyone to come out to camp.

Girls’ Overnight and Co-Ed Day Camps
Girls’ Overnight and Co-Ed Day Camps
Summer Camp at Camp Newaygo is an engaging atmosphere for campers with a variety of activities including a 1000’ zipline, archery, kayaking, ceramics, darkroom photography, fencing, outdoor cooking, paddleboarding, sailing, swimming, tubing, ukulele lessons, wilderness trips and more. Staff foster a sense of community for campers, encouraging them to challenge themselves and support one another.
Girls’ Overnight Camp is intentionally small, enabling everyone to make their own choices, explore their emerging passions, and build community. Sessions are for girls ages 7 to 17 and include four day/three night mini-weeks, one-week, two-week and multi-week sessions. Campers select their own classes, enjoy meals and free time together, and explore the outdoors on weekly campouts.
Co-Ed Day Camp is for boys and girls entering first through seventh grades. Each week centers around an theme and every day features educational and interactive adventures. Campers get to spend time at the lake, explore the woods, and much more every day.

Indoor dorm and hotel-style lodging is available for family programs while summer campers stay in cabins, screened huts in the trees, and platform tents.
There are plenty of trails to explore and lake access to enjoy.

Camp Newaygo Staff
Camp Newaygo is accredited by the American Camp Association.
Staff are recruited and screened throughout the year to be a great fit to work with campers and families.
They participate in 2.5 weeks of training that includes American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and Waterfront Lifeguard certifications.
