Space to run, jump, create, and compete is what dreams are made of for most kids, but how do you do that when your kids span several age ranges ?
Here are indoor play areas where you can take the whole family to play:
1. Defy gravity at Altitude Trampoline Park, Backyard Fun Zone, or Grand Rapids Gymnastics.
2. Want to go beyond trampolines? Craig’s Cruisers has a massive buffet, glow golf, go-karts and an indoor roller coaster, in addition to all the trampolines.
3. Paint, design and create at The Mud Room in Grand Rapids or Paint a Pot in Holland.
4. Catch the latest box office hit at Celebration Cinema. Or attend one of their family-friendly events, like Flick’s Family Films, where movie tickets are free for kids 12 and under.

15. Pass, dribble and score at Soccer Buddies, where kids as young as 15 months can start learning the fundamentals of soccer.

Toddler Play Places
Toddlers bring energy and excitement to playtime, but they also have different needs in an indoor play area than preschool and elementary-aged kids.
Grand Rapids is booming with toddler activities! There are libraries, activity centers, gymnastics facilities and more that understand how to give toddlers a great experience.
Big Kids Play Places
If you are trying to find kids play places to get your big kid out of the house, there are plenty of options to keep them entertained.
Craig’s Cruisers is one of the few kids play places where they can ride electric go-karts inside, as well as a ROLLER COASTER! And if that isn’t enough, there is laser tag, bumper cars and a ninja course to keep your big kid entertained.
Looking for a little competition? Then check out BattleGR for a game of laser tag, archery tag or axe throwing.
Kids of all ages love bowling. Bowl a few frames at one of these many local bowling centers: AMF Eastbrook Lanes, Clique Lanes, Hudsonville Lanes, Rockford Lanes, Spectrum Entertainment Complex, or Wengers Bowling Center.
Parents will enjoy a trip down memory lane at Pinball Land, where you can challenge your kid to a video arcade game like Pac-Man or try your hand at one of several pinball machines.
Dave and Busters sports a variety of games that appeal to both little and big kids and yes, even adults.
Big kids can challenge their friends and family to a little competition at one of Rebounderz new state-of-the-art golf simulator suites. Or they can work on their short game with indoor miniature golf at Great Lakes Glow Golf.
Pickleball is not only a hit with adults. Reserve a court and practice your dink and drop shot at All-In Pickleball Gym.
