Their donut machine churns out 200 dozen donuts per hour, with gluten-free options available using Kind Crumbs ingredients. Fresh apple cider is pressed at their mill from the Tuesday after Labor Day through April or early May.

Hill Bro's cider is UV Treated, (Ultraviolet Light), with no preservatives. It is available by the gallon or half gallon, mid-September through January. Every season is different though.

You can also get frozen cider by the gallon year-round, and get apples during the fall and winter months (1/2 pecks to bushels full).

It's made from of a combination of apples depending on what is in season, allowing the taste to change and not be the same with each press - but still guaranteed to be delicious.

Cider is unpasteurized and uses an 'old school' process that makes their cider unique.

Adults can choose from over a dozen items on the tap list, including a peanut butter porter or a grape lakes hard cider.

Cider is treated under UV light.

Donuts are made in-house, daily, with no added preservatives. There are many tasty options to choose from, including blueberry, apple spice and pumpkin.

While the farm opened in the 1930s, they didn't start pressing cider until 1973. The first cider press at Hy's could make 200 gallons of cider an hour. Today, the press can produce 1,200 gallons per hour!

The cider is 100% natural and is pasteurized.
