Interlochen Arts Camp: Music, Performing Arts & Film Camp in a Picturesque Setting

Interlochen Arts Camp is a world-renowned summer arts program where young artists hone their talents, grow as individuals, and flourish creatively.

From across the nation and around the world, artistic students ages 8-18 convene at Interlochen to expand their skills in Creative Writing, Dance, Interdisciplinary Arts, Film & New Media (includes Animation), Music, Theatre, and Visual Arts.

There's Still Plenty of Time for Fun at Interlochen Arts Camp

While students spend most of their days in classes and rehearsals, they still find plenty of time for fun and friendship.

They enjoy all the fun traditions of summer camp like swimming, s’mores, and cabin games, as well as traditions unique to Interlochen Arts Camp like ice cream at Melody Freeze, the excitement of First Gathering, the joy of arts disciplines performing together in Collage, and more.

- 1-6 week sessions are offered from June - August
- 98 programs are offered for 3-12 graders

- 7:1 student counselor ratio
- 50+ health professionals are available at 3 dedicated clinics on campus
- 400 recreation activities happen outside of the classroom
- 4 freshwater lake fronts are available for students to enjoy
- Full tuition merit- and need-based scholarships are available

Though the priority deadline of Jan. 15 has passed, applications are open on a rolling basis, but space is limited. We encourage students to complete their applications as soon as possible.
